Full Mouth Rehabilitation

Full mouth rehabilitation (FMR) combines cosmetic dentistry with advanced restorative dentistry to improve the health, function, and beauty of the mouth.

Some reasons an individual may need FMR are:

Severe decay, tooth wear, gum disease, broken teeth or restorations, multiple missing teeth, bite problems, TMJ disorders, muscle pain, birth defects, esthetic concerns.

Not all dentists have the advanced training and education to successfully treat patients requiring extensive dental work. The curriculum at The Dawson Academy focuses, not only on creating a beautiful smile but also ensuring the jaw joint, muscles and teeth to work as a whole. It’s a science and an art. The training helps Dr. Wolfe achieve a predictable outcome for his patients. Dr. Wolfe works closely with his patients to determine the best solution to help accomplish their treatment goals. He gathers extensive data and performs a thorough work up on models prior to starting treatment. This sets our patients up for a successful outcome and adds longevity to Dr. Wolfe’s work.

Dr. Wolfe has a full mouth rehab case published in Inside Dentistry, a well-known dental magazine. We are so proud to share this with you. Not everyone can say their dentist has an article published in a peer reviewed journal!

Often times professionals will work as a team on complex cases. It is not uncommon to refer patients to a periodontist, oral surgeon, orthodontist or endodontist to help accomplish our treatment goals. Dr. Wolfe utilizes specialists because they are the best at what they do. They often refer patients to Dr. Wolfe because he is the best at what he does.
